TCX at Life Time Fitness was a life changer for me. It challenged my physical endurance and psychological strength. Also, gave me a best ever body shape in my life time. Unfortunately, couldn’t keep it due to relocation to Southern California from Canada. Looking for a similar one near home currently. TK
