My name is Timothy Kong, or TK for short. Like many of you, I’m an Asian immigrant who left my home country to build a new life. I started my journey in South Korea, a place full of wonder and dreams. At 28, I took a big leap and moved to Canada, a world away from everything I knew. Living there opened my eyes to how different cultures can be and how they shape who we are.
Later, I moved to California, adding another chapter to my story. Experiencing life in three different countries has taught me so much about the world and myself. I’ve always been curious about why people from different backgrounds think and act differently. It’s clear that our cultures play a huge role in shaping our beliefs and values.
Today, I’m lucky enough to have a successful career and help others who are going through the same experiences I did. I want to share what I’ve learned to help you navigate this new journey. Let’s support each other and create a better future together.
