Two Down Two to GO

There are two eminent scientists I like, Robert Sapolsky and Jordan Peterson. There is an interview video I shared already.

I just finished reading two awesome books by them, and I’ve got two more lined up. There are plenty of other great reads by eminent people I could suggest, but let’s focus on these two for now.

First up is Jordan Peterson’s “12 Rules for Life.” It’s all about changing how you see your life and offers some really insightful advice. I know there are summaries out there, but I highly recommend diving into each chapter to really absorb Peterson’s wisdom.

Then there’s Robert Sapolsky’s “Behave,” which dives into the biology behind our actions, especially in the brain. It’ll totally shift how you understand behavior, from broad generalizations to individual differences. It’s eye-opening to realize just how many factors influence our behavior.

Both books ultimately guide us toward living more meaningful lives. I guarantee they’ll leave a lasting impact on you.
