The Home GYM program I’m still working out, but at Hotel instead of Home due to the nature of my job travelling weekly. Love this intense movement especially “Total Body Circuit”. 25 mins gives me a heck of sweating and also it gives a chance to do cold water shower which I was recommended by a psychologist. A Quote I like from him is that “Why don’t you try to build up six pack on your brain along with on your abs”. Strengthen your mindset is as important as strengthen your physical body. TK
