Around The Bay 30Km Hamilton in Ontario Canada is the longest distance I have ever run and yet the full marathon has not been accomplished. Started running around 2006 when I was feeling some changes of my life and entirely being charmed on the merits that the running could support me. Some people would say it’s boring, but it gives me “Flow” stage which is also mentioned in a book “Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi”. TK
